1.) I just signed up for Advio. What do you need from me to complete my ad?

Just send any advertising materials you would like used in your ad to design@advio.net. (Advertising materials refers to your advertising message, logos, slogans, artwork, and/or any other text or pictures you want included.)

2.) What size, resolution and format do you need the images to be?

Images you send us for your advertisement can be any format or size, though you should send us the best, highest quality, versions that you have.

3.) How often is my ad displayed?

Currently we display all ads for 30 seconds, 2 times per hour.

4.) Can I have more than one ad running at a time?

Yes. You can purchase more than one ad slot.

5.) Can I change my ads? add a phone number ? change a fax number, put specials in?

Yes. Minor adjustments to an ad already published on our network will have a fee. Pricing for major adjustments will be on a case by case basis with a hourly fee.

6.) Can we have video? or put a flash animation, youtube clip or commercial in our ad?

Video and flash are allowed in most instances, but due to Advio's quality standards your ad may have to be resized or adjusted. If you are new to Advio then this will be part of your initial setup.

7.) Does it have sound?

No. At this time we do not have any host sites where sound enabled ads are appropriate.

8.) How long does it take to change an ad?

Usually an ad change will be completed within 24-48 hours.

9.) How do I submit changes?

All change requests should be submitted via email to design@advio.net
